I'm so excited to take you on a little tour of a place I love with a woman I truly admire.

Come with me breathe the crisp Autumn air (I filmed this before going to France) of Glenmore House @glenmorehouse near Sydney where Mickey will teach you how to create the ultimate veggie patch. Showing you the benefit of garden work by serving you a meal, helped by Kim @kimpsmith, all made of vegetable, herbs and fruits harvested from this extraordinary garden with a loyal British touch but also with the exotism so special to our Austral land.

Mickey and her husband have renovated a derelict old pile of stones into a colonial estate. A real labour of love. I enjoyed reading her adventures, front to back, in her book "The House and Garden at Glenmore". Now she teaches all things vegetable garden, explaining crop rotation, portaiting all her favourite plants and generously giving away heirloom seeds you won't get anywhere else.

I will never forget this beautiful day spent at Glenmore and the pleasure it was to film the extreme beauty, obviously spread all around but also delicately hidden in the most mundane dried parsley flowers.
